Really happy with this product, perfect size for carrying 2-3 energy gels or even a small amount of liquid for shorter runs where you don't want to carry too much weight. I've used it for running and also attached to a hydration vest so far but also has attachments to a bike frame which I thought was a clever idea. Overall the flask is very high quality and easy to clean etc would definitely recommend.
