The Dualfuel Bottle in 3 Steps
Fill
Dispense your gel straight into the 120ml pouch — around 90g of carbs. Screw it into the base of the lid, then top the bottle up with water to the fill marker.
Flip
The switch on the lid shows which chamber you're drawing from — gel or water. You always know, even mid-effort with gloves on. Push-pull nozzle opens and closes cleanly.
Fuel
Squeeze for a clean hit of gel, flip back for water to wash it down. No wrappers, no mess, no fumbling. Just fuel, exactly when you need it.

Questions, Answered
The Bottle
What materials are used?
Food-grade plastics throughout — bottle, lid, mechanisms and pouch — and all BPA-free.
Can I use anything other than gels in the pouch?
Yes. It works with other liquids and gels, or even things like bicarb solutions if you need them.
Can I use the bottle without the pouch?
Absolutely. The bottle works perfectly well on its own — just leave the pouch out and you won't need the switch.
How do I clean and dismantle the bottle?
The bottle and lid can be cleaned by hand or, occasionally, in a dishwasher; the pouch is best cleaned by hand with warm water, rubbing out any excess gel. For a deep clean, the lid and mechanisms fully dismantle — just depress the two prongs underneath the lid and push the components upwards. Watch the full guide below.
Can I clean it in a dishwasher?
We don't recommend it as a routine. Anything over 40°C on a prolonged heat cycle may damage the material. The lid components will be fine for the odd deep clean, but we recommend hand-washing — especially the flask and pouch.
How long will the pouch last?
In theory, the life of the bottle. It's not as robust as the bottle, but as an internal component it's protected from knocks and drops.
Can I get spares?
Yes — we sell the pouches separately.
The Wearable
Why only 150ml and 220ml sizes?
Anything larger gets uncomfortable to carry or wear. We're not replacing other ways of carrying soft flasks — this is a niche, efficient way to fuel on the move across many activities.
Can the pouch be cleaned in a dishwasher?
Yes, absolutely.
What activities is it designed for?
Anything that needs hydration or fuel — especially when you need your hands free. It works alongside other ways of carrying supplies, too.
Can I use my preferred nutrition brands?
Yes. The bottle and wearable are designed to work with any energy gel product on the market.
Gelmix Powder
How much do I save versus single-use gels?
If you use a lot of product, the savings are huge — up to 5x cheaper per serving than a pre-made gel, with the bonus of far less packaging and waste.
Are the nutritional and carb levels the same as the competition?
Yes. The pre-mix uses the same ingredients as most products available, in the proven 2:1 carbohydrate-to-fructose ratio.
Do you offer different flavours?
Gelmix comes in Neutral, Lemon and Lime — so you avoid flavour fatigue, and you can customise and add your own flavours to taste (we offer a guide on this).
How much water do I add for the right consistency?
It's a little trial and error. We give a guide on the sachets, but you can decide how viscous you want your gel.
What's the shelf life of the powder?
Unopened, in theory it lasts years as a dry powder. Once opened, mix and use within a few months. Once mixed into gel, consume within a week and keep it refrigerated.
